Why the Project Started?
This real estate agency had launched a basic website but found that users were still relying on calls, emails, and social media to get the information they needed. The existing site lacked clarity, structure, and trust-building elements , making it hard for users to navigate and for the agency to scale its services efficiently
The goal of this redesign was to reduce staff workload, improve how services were presented, and offer users a seamless, centralized platform they could actually rely on

Understanding User Pain Points
Redesigning for Clarity, Trust, and Convenience
We’re redesigning the platform to bring together real estate listings, car rentals, student housing, and tourism services, all in one place. The goal is to simplify the experience for people moving to or visiting Cyprus by creating a clearer, more trustworthy, and easier-to-navigate website. Instead of switching between messages, platforms, or unclear listings, users can now explore services, compare options, and find what they need, all in a single, cohesive space

Feature Analysis
During our analysis of the existing website, we noticed that key user needs were either buried or entirely missing. By looking at competitors and testing the current flow, we identified gaps in both functionality and structure. This helped us rethink the information architecture and design a clearer, more intuitive experience

Design Decisions That Shape the Experience
Exploring Layouts and Testing Structure Before Visual Design

We started with low-fidelity sketches to quickly explore layout ideas and test different ways of organizing information. These evolved into wireframes that helped us validate structure, hierarchy, and content flow, especially on key pages like property listings and service overviews
